What is resilience?
Resilience is the ability to activate inner forces and competencies in order to pick ourselves up again in crises, to carry on and perhaps even to emerge stronger from them. 

Resilience is made up of eight competencies:
Acceptance, Self-Responsibility, Solution Orientation, Future Orientation, Optimism, Self-Regulation, Relationships/Networks, and Improvisational Skills.
